1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✅ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
✅ Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return.

- Customized or personalized cases (unless defective or incorrect).

- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental drops.

2. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
🔹 Full Refund: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
🔹 Partial Refund/Deduction: If the return does not meet all eligibility conditions.
3. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. If you need a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund?

2️⃣ Provide your Order Number & Reason for Return (with pictures if applicable).
3️⃣ Ship the item back to our address (return shipping costs may apply).
4️⃣ Once received, we will process your refund or replacement.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
